Maximus is a 2 year old American Bulldog. His owners couldn’t afford a much needed surgery for him, so they surrendered him. He was most likely and outdoor dog, and recently had to have surgery to remove a sock in his belly. Despite this, he is a sweet boy who enjoyed having a little girl pet him and also licked the fingers of a visiting baby. He seems to be okay with small dogs, and only barked once at the foster's cat, despite the full-blown 20 pound no-nonsense cat treatment.
