Frankie is a 1 year old Chihuahua mix. He LOVES other dogs, both big and small, but is a little shy around people. We're not sure how he is around cats yet. He was a stray and is being fostered by the finder until we find a permanent home. He is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. No small children please. If you can give Frankie the loving home he deserves, please call Pat.
