Tula Rose is a 2-year old, beautiful Cattle Dog mix who is a petite 37 lbs. She is a shy girl who has blossomed in foster care, but needs that special someone who is patient, kind and can see that she is very close to being an incredible dog! Tula is a natural at off-leash walking and hiking, stays by your heels, keeps you in sight and has instant recall. She loves the big outdoors (foothills, mesas, open space) and feels uninhibited when there - frequent visits are a must for her psyche.

Tula Rose is quiet, kind, intelligent, and sensitive. She is wonderfully house-trained and likes being inside near you. One other sweet and playful dog in the household would be good for her; too many dogs and she will relegate herself to being a wallflower. She is definitely the one for you if you cherish the rewards of bonding with a dog as your best friend. She will thrive with a person who includes her in most of their activities and does not work long hours, or at all. Tula requires a reliable routine and lots of one-on-one loving interactions with her human.
