Hey Mon! This on-her-own Island Girl stole the hearts of two local animal lovers volunteering down in the Bahamas this past Spring. While she looks a little American Bull Doggie, we're told her coloring and conformation is typically Bahamian Pittie so that's what we're calling this 2-year-old, 60-pound bundle of love and fun!

Pretty girl Kaycee certainly acts like a classic Pit Bull Terrier with a tremendous zest for life and a great love of people. While she cannot be housed with cats or similar small creatures, she is very friendly with other dogs. She likes her engagements spunky, so we're teaching her some manners in that regard, but she's been housed with other dogs and we'd love her to go to a home with a canine companion or two.

Like many dogs in the Tropics, she was heartworm-positive. She also had a botched entropion surgery to boot, but once we got her State-side, our skilled veterinarian fixed both problems right up.

Some of Kaycee's favorite things are: Greeting everyone she meets with a big ol' smile! Playing with her squeaky toys and giving them chase! Walking, hiking, riding, basically enjoying the good life!

She's healthy as can be, spayed, micro-chipped, up-to-date on all her shots, and ready to be someone's best friend! If that someone is YOU, then call: Pat @ 249-7165 or Danelle @ 898-8874.
